Green Savvy Sunday will promote the themes of recycle, reuse and low use of energy and will feature:

Recycled and UPcycled fashion and jewellery.

  • Organic food and wine.
  • Green groups who can talk to market visitors about green smart alternatives for living.
  • Craft made from recycled materials
  • Organic skin care products.
  • Green Savvy Speakers – an all day speakers program headlined by famed author and sustainability guru, Jackie French.
  • Mobile phone drop-off point to safely dispose of unwanted mobiles.

As part of Green Savvy Sunday the Old Bus Depot Markets, in partnership with a local solar company Armada Solar, are installing solar panels on their roof to help make the markets carbon neutral for the day.
