Canberra based recruitment specialists, PCA People, are this year celebrating 30 years in business. They’ll celebrate with a special 30th anniversary event this Thursday 20 June where they will announce a major strategic merger.
“As Canberra celebrates its centenary this year, our Canberra recruitment company celebrates 30 years in the business,” said Allison Guy-Ritchie, Managing Director at PCA People.
“And as there are not that many old and established family businesses in the national capital, we’re thrilled to be able to say we’ve made it to 30 years and are still loving connecting with Canberrans and meeting their recruitment needs,” she said.
Thirty years is a significant milestone for PCA People, and Allison says now is the perfect time to evolve and expand, whilst still focusing on being the best recruitment business in Canberra.
“It is also with great pleasure that I announce our strategic merger with DFP Recruitment Services Pty Ltd. We’ve formed this merger to expand our business network, increase our overall level of service, and provide increased candidate reach throughout Australia,” she continued.

The 30 year celebration event to be held this week will include a mix of PCA People clients, candidates, partners and employees along with representatives from DFP Recruitment.
