With a clear plan in place, we move into configuring the key elements. We develop mockups for your homepage and internal pages, taking mobile functionality into account early. This stage also includes setting up the development environment and preparing everything needed to begin building.

While developers implement the approved designs and build the core functionality, content specialists get to work drafting, editing or migrating content into a staging site. We use a collaborative tool that allows content to be reviewed and approved efficiently before going live.

You’ll be invited to review completed pages and test functionality throughout this phase—no surprises, just steady progress.

With your content and site structure in place, we focus on testing, refining and launching. Our team conducts a full review of every page and function, squashing bugs and making final improvements. We also provide WordPress training so your team feels confident managing the site post-launch. Hosting setup (via WP Engine) is completed during this stage.

Your site goes live! This milestone is backed by thorough preparation and testing, so you can launch with confidence.

Our work doesn’t stop at launch. We provide ongoing support through ad-hoc training, regular maintenance, and quarterly development updates. We’ll also help track a wishlist of future improvements, so your site continues to grow alongside your business.
