What were you looking for when you picked Threesides?
Before engaging the services on Threesides, we worked with several providers responsible for managing our AdWords, website development, customer newsletters and social media. As each of these providers was an individual entity, there was no real consistency in our marketing approach. We were looking for an in-house solution to manage all marketing platforms across our business, including SEO, Blogs, Website Development and improved digital marketing/advertising.
What did your online systems and processes look like before?
Prior to the development of our new website and CRM system, all website inquiries were filtered into our spam folder. This often meant delayed responses back to customers as it was a manual process to check the folder each day.
Without a dedicated sales CRM system, customer inquiries would often fall off the radar, as there was no consolidated approach or follow-up procedure. A lot of time was wasted writing individual responses to customer inquiries, as our email templates were limited and quite clunky.
What were the main areas of your business that Threesides were able to assist with? What impact has this had?
With the new website forms and anti-spam filter, website inquiries are now directed to Zendesk and are allocated a ticket number. The development of macro templates allows us to answer inquiries swiftly with the press of a button. Zendesk consolidates all customer correspondence in the lead-up to a sale, allowing us to follow up, write internal updates for each ticket/job as well as allocate jobs to various staff members for action. This has saved us a lot of time and sales leads are no longer falling off the radar.
