What were you looking for when you picked Threesides?
The Y was already working with Threesides when I came on board, but you guys were wonderful in all of your advice and support and all the technical questions for our new website build!
What did your online systems and processes look like before?
Our previous website was a bit tricky to work with in the backend, different things had been added at different times making it difficult to track where things were up to and who was managing it.
What were the main areas of your business that Threesides were able to assist with? What impact has this had?
Threesides brought our website into one holistic view. Because we have so many different business areas it could be tricky to show this all in a cohesive view, Threesides came up with recommendations on how we should approach it to make everything look good and most importantly still show all the correct information in an updated way that appeals to both our staff and our customers.
