Sage grew up in Canberra before heading to Sydney to study a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing. During those years, Sage lived in Manly – which meant acai bowls and beach days every day, before moving back to Canberra in 2026.
It was during her degree that Sage developed a genuine love of social media and the power it gives brands to connect with the right people. That curiosity led her into content advertising, where she sharpened her instincts for storytelling and audience engagement. Paired with plenty of experience in hospitality and public-facing roles, she arrived at Threesides with a well-rounded perspective and a natural ease with people.
In her role as Marketing Coordinator, Sage works across a range of day-to-day marketing activities for clients, from managing social media and creating content, to website updates, email newsletters and all the ad hoc tasks that keep a marketing program ticking. She loves that no two clients – or days – look the same and brings a sharp eye for what resonates with an audience to everything she works on.
When she’s not crafting content, you’ll find Sage in the kitchen baking her legendary triple choc brownies or caramel slice, or out and about with her three-year-old fur baby Zola. A dancer for over 15 years – and a dance teacher on the side – she brings that same discipline, creativity and can-do energy to everything she does, always with a smile on her face.
