Stunning scenery, clean mountain air and instruction from one of Australia’s nationally renowned yoga gurus, Kris McIntyre, will be on offer as part of a yoga and wellness retreat at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa in the Snowy Mountains from 16 to 18 November 2012.
“It’s often hard to find time to slow down during our busy lives, but this retreat is a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Kris McIntyre will take participants on a journey of strength, healing and happiness, with classes designed for beginners through to those with intermediate levels of experience. The retreat is based on Ryoho Yoga Therapy and will be tailored specifically to meet participant’s needs and conditions. Themes for the weekend include power and strength, upper back release and happy hearts.
Participants can enjoy the retreat as part of a package, which includes two nights’ accommodation at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa, a full buffet breakfast each morning, five yoga and meditation sessions, a two course dinner each night and access to the resorts’ numerous FREE activities. The package also includes a one-hour relaxation massage at The Spa at Lake Crackenback.
