Conflict Resolution Service is a Canberra-based not-for-profit organisation with 36 years of experience preventing, managing, and resolving conflicts professionally, competently, and compassionately. Founded in 1989, CRS works primarily with children, youth, and families to preserve family connections, reunify and strengthen relationships, and restore family harmony by reducing conflict.
What They Do
CRS provides evidence-based dispute resolution services including Family Dispute Resolution, Workplace Mediation, and specialist training programs as a Recognised Training Provider. Their Children, Youth and Family Services support young people and families across the ACT, achieving a 95% family connection rate and 80% overall resolution rate in 2023-24.
