STRATEGIC CONTENT PLAN AND EDITORIAL CALENDAR

A content marketing strategy provides a strategic approach to managing your content as an asset across your organisation. It is the plan for the creation and delivery of useful, usable content — content that speaks to your audience at the different stages of the sales funnel and aligns with your organisation’s goals.

This plan will review the current situation relating to your content marketing efforts, whether it’s the content in your enewsletters, social media or on your website. It will define the objectives by which the impact of the content plan will be measured, along with a basic analysis of the needs of your target markets. From this analysis will come the content pillars for the content marketing approach, along with the criteria by which content from other sources will be shared.   • Option C: The Perfect Plan includes 3 hr workshop, additional stakeholder consultation as required, development of comprehensive marketing strategy with situation analysis, target market research, product development ideas, resourcing and evaluation framework and more.
